Referees mustcontact the DRC responsible for the given test, prior to May 1st, to register for the fitness test they want to attend. This registration is based on a first come first served basis. Fitness tests are limited to 30 participants. Once the maximum number of 30 registrants has been reached, that fitness test will than be declared "closed" and the referee has to find an alternate fitness test date. Unregistered "walk-ons" will not be accepted and will not be allowed to participate in the fitness test, so referees are required to register and urged to do it early to avoid disappointment.
The published rules on fitness test standards and deadlines to run test will be strictly followed in 2009. Please make sure you have a strong understanding on the policies regarding fitness testing
Information for a District Association & DRC hosting test
Each District Association wanting to host a fitness test must complete an application to host. These requests are due to the OSA office by April 1st, 2009.
When agreeing to host a fitness test, the District Association & DRC are agreeing to the "standards of hosting a fitness test", located at the bottom of the application form.
The supervisor for each test will be asked to evaluate the test and the host, based on the hosting requirements in the terms and conditions
