- I still consider playing for the Ontario provincial team one of the
highest achievements of my career. The program provided me with not only
professional coaching, but also a professional soccer environment. The provincial program gave me the
first taste of the discipline and commitment required to become a
professional soccer player. It
was one of the crucial stepping stones leading up to my professional
career.

- Being a part of the Ontario Soccer Association, for me, meant the
opportunity to play at a higher level. The step up in competition from
club level to provincial level soccer was crucial to my development as a
player. The training environment, the competitive atmosphere, and the
high level coaching were exactly what I needed at that to time make the
transformation from a good athlete, to a good soccer player. I had a
feeling of pride when representing Ontario, and now I get to experience
the honour of representing my country. That honour is something I could
not have experienced without my development through the OSA.
